BCS 970 Combi Surface and Bottom Blowdown Control System, BC 970 Smart Surface and Bottom Blowdown Controller, CP 930 or CP 950 Conductivity Sensor, PC F20 or PC F5020 Corner Sensor Connection Elbow and BCV 900 Surface Blowdown Control Valve and BCV 700 Bottom Blowdown Control Valve occurs.

With the BCS 970 Combi Surface and Bottom Blowdown System, both surface blowdown and bottom blowdown control can be done in steam boilers with the same controller.

Correct TDS control saves energy by minimizing the blowdown rate. In order to prevent water drifting with the steam in the steam boilers, continuous monitoring of the conductivity of the water in the boiler depends on good control of the boiler blowdown.
